Criminal Justice Study Tour

Winter Break 2023-2024

December 27, 2023 - January 7, 2024

Students interested in this program must first receive permission to participate from the program leader, please e-mail Dr. Tamara Wilkins at tamara.wilkins@mnsu.edu or Dr. Thor Dahle at thor.dahle@mnsu.edu, with your interest in the program.

Come with us to these two amazing cities over winter break. Learn about other nations' justice systems and responses to terrorism, as well as experience more fun than imaginable by visiting these unique places and meeting new people. This program is open to all majors.

Courses:
LAWE 443 or POLS 449/549 for 3 credits
LAWE 442 or POLS 460 for 3 credits
LAWE 493 or POLS 492 1 - 3 credits (Ind. Study)

Why go?
  • We go over winter break, so the trip does NOT interfere with classes! 
  • Financial aid is available!
  • All majors are welcome to participate!
  • Earn three upper-level credits per course or a total of six credits!
 
  • NOTE: MNSU Tuition is NOT included in the above costs
What isn’t covered in the trip cost?
  • Tuition and books for the two trip-related courses (possible 6 upper-level courses)
  • Passport (cannot expire within six months of return date)
  • University required travel insurance
  • University required application fee
